Rudolph Clarke Appointed Solicitor to Abington Township

Rudolph Clarke, LLC is pleased to announce that attorneys Mike Clarke and Lauren A. Gallagher have been appointed Solicitor to Abington Township.

The appointed was awarded in March 2014. Mr. Clarke and Ms. Gallagher will provide legal services and guidance to Abington Township and will replace former solicitor Rex Herder, who held the office since 1992.

Rudolph Clarke now serves as the appointed solicitor to more than 25 municipalities in Bucks County and Montgomery County, including Abington Township, Bensalem Township, Falls Township, Northampton Township, Middletown Township, Borough of Conshohocken Authority, North Wales Water Authority, Norristown Municipal Waste Authority, Northampton (Bucks County) Municipal Authority, Schwenksville Borough Authority, Warwick Township Water and Sewer Authority, Whitemarsh Township Authority, William Jeanes Memorial Library, Bucks County Board of Assessment Appeals, Montgomery County Prothonotary’s Office, Montgomery County Orphans’ Court and Register of Wills Office, Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau, East Norriton Zoning Hearing Board, Norristown Area School District and Pennsbury School District.  We also serve as Solicitor to the Conshohocken Borough, North Wales Borough, and the Municipality of Norristown Civil Service Commissions.  We serve as Special Counsel to East Norriton Township, Nockamixon Township, Bristol Township School District, the Borough of Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board, and the Waste System Authority of Eastern Montgomery County.
